Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Enchanted Bloom! We truly appreciate your purchase, and we want you to be happy with your items. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. However, we can only accept returns for items that have defects. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Please note that minor scratches or dents (less than 1cm) are not considered defects, as our products are sourced from a factory outlet store.

If you notice a defect in your product, please reach out to us within 5 working days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with the original packaging and tags (both the original store price tag and Enchanted Bloom tag should not be removed).

Return Process
Before sending your item back, please contact us first so we can arrange a return pickup for you.

Exchange or Refund
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and let you know if it qualifies for an exchange. If everything looks good, we’ll process the exchange for you. Should the same product is not available for exchange, we will refund in store credits. 

Authenticity Guaranteed
We guarantee that all our products are 100% authentic. If an item is found to be inauthentic, we will provide a full refund. The item must be examined by a reputable expert or store, and the original tags must remain intact.
